    The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
    The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

    Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
    If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory, or description, and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Utah FAST will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

    Many of our product photos are provided by their respective manufacturers, and we can not guarantee they will match the physical item exactly. For specific features, info, and included accessories, please read the product descriptions, and do not rely solely upon the product photos.

    • All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area.

    • All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Under no condition will we swap magazines or other components to make a firearm legal in your state.
    • Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
    • Handguns may only be transferred to residents of the state where the transaction is taking place. Under certain circumstances, long-guns may be transferred to residents of different states. If you are uncertain, please consult the firearm laws of the state where your desired pick-up store is located as well as your home state, county, and city.
    • For your reference, please consult the following publications: ATF Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide and ATF State Laws and Published Ordinances – Firearms.

    It is illegal to ship firearms to your home or to anyone who does not have a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL near you. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). If your dealer is slow to respond to our request for a copy of their FFL, it may cause a delay in shipment. The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before purchase.

    • If the firearm is listed as “Available In-Store” this means we have the firearm in stock at our location.
    • If the firearm is listed as “Available Online” the firearm is not physically at our location and must be shipped to us or another FFL before completing the transfer.
    • All handguns, rifles, and shotguns purchased from our website are exempt from paying our transfer fee.
    • This exemption does not apply to shipping costs or NFA firearms/items which require additional time and paperwork.

    All used firearms are sold as is, and may not be returned. Some manufacturers will honor warranties even if you are not the original owner. Please contact the original manufacturer for all warranty information requests on used firearms.  Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such.

    Many dealers will charge a transfer fee, typically ranging from about $20 - $50. Utah FAST has no control over the fees another dealer charges, nor do we know what fee they will charge. Please contact your dealer to inquire about any applicable transfer fees prior to placing your order. Any transfer fee, pickup fee, delivery fee, or any other fee that your dealer may charge are between you and your dealer, as per whatever pricing you and your dealer have agreed to.

    A background check (generally completed through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) or state agency must be completed before a firearm can be transferred. This fee, determined by your state and/or FFL dealer (if applicable), is NOT collected by our website but will be required to be paid at the time of pickup.
    For firearm transfers completed in Utah the background checks are conducted by the Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI). We are required to collect this fee per U.C.A. § 76-10-526.12(a)(i), which states "All dealers shall collect a criminal history background check fee which is $7.50."
    All Utah residents who provide a valid Utah concealed firearm permit at the time the firearm is transferred are exempt from paying this fee.

    • You must be at least 18 or older to purchase ammunition used in a rifle or shotgun
    • You must be at least 21 or older to purchase ammunition used in a handgun
    • All ammunition will be shipped via ground service with an adult signature required. Expedited shipping is not available.
    • All ammunition functionality issues will need to be addressed by the manufacturer.
    • Ammunition purchases may require a background check to be completed. See your state laws.
    • All questions regarding the compatibility of ammunition, firearms, and firearm components should be referred to the respective firearm manufacturer.

    Laws regarding the sale of ammunition are constantly evolving. As the consumer, it is important for you to be aware of federal, state, and local regulations regarding the online purchasing of ammunition. Prior to ordering ammunition online, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with current laws in your state.

    If you live in any of the following states ammunition can be shipped to you without any known restrictions:
    Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

    Ammunition will only be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii.



    Due to local regulations, we do not ship ammunition to Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, or Avalon. We can, however, ship to the rest of California, but it must be to a verified Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)premises address only. California residents cannot purchase incendiary or tracer rounds. FFL Type 03 also requires a copy of Certificate of Eligibility FFL Type 06 will not be accepted FFL documents must be on file prior to shipping. Prior to ordering, please contact your intended FFL to inquire about restrictions, required documents, background checks, fees, and shipment notification procedures.


    We will only ship ammunition to residents of Connecticut if they provide a valid Driver’s License (or State ID) and a valid ammunition certificate or a valid permit to carry a pistol/revolver or a valid long gun eligibility certificate. Ammunition can only be shipped to an address on the Permit, certificate, or Driver’s License/State ID.



    Due to local regulations, we do not ship ammunition to the City of Chicago. We can, however, ship ammunition to the rest of the state of Illinois, but you must provide a photo of your valid state FOID card and a photo of your driver’s license or valid state ID card. Ammunition can only be shipped to an address on the FOID, or Driver’s License/State ID.


    Ammunition may only be shipped to a verified FFL (Federal Firearms License) premises address. (FFL Types 03 and 06 will not be accepted) You must have a valid Driver’s License (or State ID) and LTC Card (License to Carry Firearms) on file prior to shipping. FFL documents must be on file prior to shipping. Prior to ordering, please contact your intended FFL to inquire about restrictions, required documents, background checks, fees, and shipment notification procedures.


    You must have a valid Driver’s License (or State ID) and a valid Firearms Purchaser Identification Card/eFPIC, Permit to purchase a handgun or Permit to carry a handgun on file for all other calibers prior to shipping. Restricted calibers may only be shipped to an address on the Permit, or Driver’s License/State ID.

    Due to local regulations, we do not ship ammunition to New York City or the surrounding boroughs (Bronx, Kings, Nassau, Queens, Richmond). Ammunition may only be shipped to a verified FFL (Federal Firearms License) premises address.

    All orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days, often on the same or following business day using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided to you whenever available. Please note that during times of high volume, or if your dealer is slow to respond to FFL requests, shipment delays may occur. Please allow us up to 7 business days for such cases. For items that will be drop-shipped from a distributor warehouse, please allow us an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
    Please Note: For firearm purchases, tracking only indicates when the package has been received by us or by your dealer, NOT when it is ready for pickup. To avoid unnecessary waiting, please allow us or your dealer a minimum of 24 hours after the package has been received to complete the legally required acquisition process.

    Shipping costs vary due to the product(s) being purchased. Firearms, ammunition, and other merchandise cannot be shipped together. If you purchase these items they will be shipped separately which will include additional shipping costs.

    Due to the influx of demand in our industry, orders may be delayed in processing due to low inventory by our distributors, or customers ordering firearms that are not compliant within their state, are not the responsibility of Utah FAST. Each request for a refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and all refunds may incur a restocking fee.

    Due to safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, our return policy does not apply to the following items.
    Sales on the following items are final:

    • Firearms (including any serialized items ex. lower receivers/frames, etc.)

    We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If the rare occasion arises where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and the product is not listed below under Non-Returnable Items, we offer the following options:

    • Store Credit
    • If an item is eligible to be returned for Store Credit we will provide you with a gift card or coupon for the credit amount which can be used towards future website purchases.
    • Return For An Exchange
    • Items returned for an exchange will only be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. If the item is more than the returned product you will be required to pay the remaining cost. If the item is of lesser value
    • Request A Refund
    • Refunds must be made by the customer who purchased the item. If your item was a gift, see “Gift Return” below. Proof of original purchase must be provided which includes a receipt or order number, date of purchase, and name of the purchaser. If proof is not provided, we are under no obligation to offer a refund. Refunds will be for the item's final purchased price indicated on your receipt minus any shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Monday through Friday excluding all weekends, and state/federal holidays. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as we received the payment at the time the item was purchased.
    • Gift Return
    • If you are returning a gift item, we must have the purchaser’s information or order number to find it in our system. There are multiple options available to you. You may choose to have us refund the purchaser, exchange the item for another item of equal value or issue you store credit for the original purchase cost. Please make sure we have your contact information and be sure to inform us if you do not want the purchaser to know about your return, or they will receive an email notification of return processing.


    All returned items, for any reason, must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date and must be in the original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all product tags, wrapping, packaging, and must include all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product, in a condition that allows resale to another customer. All returned items will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging or returned without all product tags, wrapping, packaging, all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product will be charged a 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee, totaling 40%.
    NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers to track and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
    The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
    If a firearm is shipped to another FFL and is not picked up from the destination FFL, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

    If you are unsure about any part of the returns process, please contact us and we will help you determine the best course of action. We want you to be happy!

    We are not a storage facility. We are an in-home business and simply do not have the space available to store items that have been purchased but have not been picked up. However, we understand some situations and circumstances may not allow a customer to pick up a product purchased from us, or transferred to us, until a later date. Therefore we must assess a storage fee during that time.
    There Are No Storage Fees For The First 7 Days

    Storage Fees

    • Products:
    • Any non-firearm item purchased on our website and waiting to be picked up by a customer. This does not apply to any products being shipped to a customer.
    • Firearms:
    • Any handgun, rifle, shotgun, or other firearm purchased on our website or received from another FFL dealer and waiting for the customer to schedule an appointment to complete the transfer.
    • NFA Firearm
    • Any Suppressor, filly automatic, SBR, SBS, AOW, etc. purchased on our website or received from another FFL dealer and waiting for the customer to schedule an appointment to begin the transfer process by completing the ATF Form 4 and to complete the transfer after the approved Form 4 has been received from the ATF. Once the NFA process has started, and the proper paperwork has been submitted to the ATF and CLEO, this storage fee is no longer assessed until the approved paperwork is received from the ATF. Then storage fees begin accumulating at the same rate.

    Storage Fee Beginning On The 8th Day

    • $1.00 per day from day 8 to day 30
    • $5.00 per day from day 31 to day 60
    • All fees must be paid prior to taking possession of the firearm/item.
    • Customers who have not picked up the applicable item(s) within 60 days, without prior written approval, will be considered abandoned and will result in forfeiture regardless if you purchased the product from us or it was transferred to us from another FFL.
    • Any customer who refuses to pay required storage fees will result in forfeiture of the product.
